Sounds like a user error rather than a site error. Your hard drive could be full, browser out of date, ect
Workaround would be to copy paste the image and then save that copy as. I usualy use discord to paste into, but might not work well on mobile

You might be suffering from the dumb no iOS nsfw ban. Can reenable nsfw iOS by signing in on desktop and enableing the setting.
Its dumb but not on us unfortunately.
